Who I am

I'm Pulathisi Randhana Kariyawasam a software engineer based in Sri Lanka, focused on backend systems, APIs, and the infrastructure that keeps everything running reliably.

My work sits mostly in Python, Java, Node.js, and PHP, with a growing interest in DevOps, cloud, and cybersecurity. I care about systems that scale well, stay secure, and don't fall apart under pressure.

Away from the screen, I find myself drawn to quiet places and big questions about nature, the universe, how things connect. That curiosity carries over into how I approach engineering, always asking why something works, not just how.
